The Wiliot Director of Marketing leads strategy and execution for the outward face of the company across multiple marketing channels.


Requirements:


  • Experience, knowledge of best practice in the dimensions of marketing that will help Wiliot scale in particular demand gen

Responsibilities:


  • Managing marcom team members
  • Working directly with the CMO of Marketing to develop the company marketing strategy
  • Supervising the management of demand generation, ensuring the right strategy is developed and executed, coaching the manger of demand generation, ensuring the optimal use of tactics, channels, copy
  • Creating content plans and managing their execution. World class presentations, graphics and wording that will engage our target customers the supply chain leaders in retail, postal and logistics
  • Manage the company website:
  • Design and ongoing development, including storefront, support forums and partner portal
  • Working with a cross functional team to ensure all functions requirements are met (partner management, sales, executives)
  • Writing web content aligned with our offerings, understanding the pain points of our business customers, developing creative value propositions and distilling unique selling points of a broad spectrum of SaaS and semiconductor offerings
  • Manage a group of contractors and agencies to fulfill marketing functions (selection, contract negotiation, ongoing activities): web site development, packaging design, video production, graphic design
  • Managing our Manager of Demand Generation and our Marketing Specialist
  • Collaborating with our Director of technical Marketing and his staff
  • Marketing events and tradeshows
  • Selecting and negotiating pricing for our participation
  • Managing the selection of events to invest in
  • Designing tradeshow booths, promotional campaigns, and literature to be used
  • Organizing staff involvement, demonstrations, lead capture and followup campaigns
  • Writing and reporting after action reports
  • Managing the development and execution of developer and user group events
  • Producing webinars
  • Managing the creation of physical and digital marketing collateral / maintaining consistency with rapidly changing product plans
  • Managing the monthly marketing reporting shared with all employees
  • Marketing budget development and tracking
  • Consulting with stakeholders to develop and execute Wiliot's advertising strategy, across Out of Home assets, online/web, social media, including targeting and retargeting strategies
  • Ownership of company branding standards and assets to be used across all digital and physical channels
  • Participating and supporting development of our branding strategy: positioning, value proposition, tag lines and editorial style
