Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-motivated learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
Key ActivitiesRepresent our company's products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of customer markets and how our solutions meet their needs
Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
Generate leads and build relationships; plan and organize daily work to include sales generation and account management & growth
Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new businessDemonstrate in-depth product knowledge
Prepare professional, concise reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
Achieve sales goals by isolating each step in the sales process with thoughtful, creative approaches
Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
Preferred Skills
Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Self-motivated and successful working from home
Educations & Experience
At least 3 years in sales in the packaging industry, preferably in flexible packaging
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree.
Technical experience in films and equipment.
