ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Partners closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify technology-enabled solutions, and oversees the successful implementation of those solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives, identification and mitigation of risks, and management of vendor relationshipsPartners with business leaders to understand business roadmaps and translate those needs into technology roadmapsMaintains IT roadmaps and oversees the delivery ensuring alignment with business capabilitiesDelivers business cases and facilitates estimation, prioritization and work sequencing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldDemonstrated knowledge and experience in IT, business relationship management, or a related fieldStrong understanding of technology and its application to business processesProven ability to develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders at all levelsFamiliarity with financial principles and the ability to manage budgets and financial targetsAnalytical skills and ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutionsStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience with methodologies, such as Agile or WaterfallFamiliarity with IT policies, procedures, and best practicesFamiliarity with emerging technologies and industry trends, and ability to assess their potential impact on the organizationPropose ideas and actions that gain acceptance from all levels.
