    Description

    Tata Technologies, Inc.: Change Management Analyst -- Detroit, MI

    DUTIES:

    • Prepare and circulate reports as per requirements specified in Program Records and Reporting section.
    • Capture relevant data required for reports.
    • Track and monitor status of various services, capacities that are offered under proposal.
    • Ticket data from time of arrival until time of closure.
    • Report management -- frequency, formats, contents, repositories, distribution
    • Follow up action items during governance meetings -- CMRB, OSB towards their closure.
    • Track change request within each service as well as for CCR for the contact.
    • Track financials and ensure billing is done on time and as per agreed charging mechanism.
    • Governing Build team meetings and track progress of all receipts, maintenance release, block points.
    • Prepare detailed project plans.
    • Prepare meeting minutes (business IT meeting, Core Team meetings, Build Team meetings
    • Assemble team to test after scheduled change and report testing status to business.
    • Host go/no go call after schedule change.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in IT, Computer Science or related technical field and two (2) years of experience with project or systems analysis. Experience must include 2 years with each of the following:

    • Data Analysis.
    • Process Modeling and Requirements Management.
    • Software Development Lifecycle.
    • VBA and MS programming.
    • Excel Macro Programming.
    • Reports and Dashboard creation.
    • Presenting technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Position may be authorized for 100% telecommuting and may be assigned to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
