- Individual Rights Requests: Systems discovery, procedure writing, crossfunctional meeting management, policy review, execution and tracking requests, template development.
- Project Management:
- Understanding of global privacy regulations, such as EU's GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA, China's PIPL, and US laws such as CCPA and HIPAA.
- Knowledge of Records of Processing Activities (GDPR Article 30) requirements.
- Knowledge of TrustArc.
- Assist in writing and reviewing policies and procedures that support the various capabilities of a privacy program.
- Reports to the Head of Privacy.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fastpaced, interactive team environment.
- Help harmonize and optimize company approaches to Privacy.
- Assist the privacy team answering ad hoc questions related to data privacy: Legal, HR, product engineering, product developers, architectural review team, international transfers of company IP products, supply chain, manufacturing, etc. etc. etc.
- Assist in M&As reviews and risk assessments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Approximately 35 years of overall privacy compliance experience.
- Required Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree may be helpful but not required.
- Experience in Medical Device manufacturing may be helpful.
- Preferred experience assisting or supporting in the creation of a privacy program from zero.
- A proven track record of success in an environment that demands a sound understanding of the need to balance complex privacy regulation issues and obligations within structural and operational realities.
- Strong focus on business partnering and solutioning and ability to operate effectively in a matrixed structure. This position requires knowledge and application of the U.S. federal and state data protection and privacy laws, such as HIPAA and CCPA, as well as global laws such as GDPR, PIPEDA, and PIPL.
- Crossfunctional and/or crosssector experience is preferred.
- An IAPP Privacy certification is strongly preferred (CIPP/US, CIPP/EU, CIPM, CIPT).

Role Description:
The
Program Management Analyst
must have at least 5+ years of experience. For this role, you must be a privacy and data protection analyst.
In this role, you will provide data protection and privacy subject matter expertise and advice to internal business units and corporate functions.
This role reports directly to the Head of Privacy and works cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders in the US and around the world to tackle some of the most complex, interesting, and cutting-edge issues in privacy.
