    Job Description

    IT Project Management Analyst

    · Develops project plans, including work breakdown structures, activity assignments and project schedules. Integrates multiple project schedules using software tools, as applicable. Identifies, consolidates and resolves timing issues. Works as a function PMA with supervision and functions effectively in a matrix organization.

    · Maintain a balance between business viability, user desirability and technical feasibility while delivering software products with a team.

    · Work closely with Business Partners and Product Owners to understand their product vision, and break that vision down into an actionable backlog of user stories for the development team.

    · Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets requirements.

    · Collaborate with the product team to define specs, requirements, and acceptance criteria for deliverables.

    · Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and our focus on incrementally delivering value through careful and deliberate prioritization. This is a hybrid position.

    Skills Required:

    · Plan is established to ensure PMA is skilled in MS Office Suite applications, MS Project, and Internet.

    · Will be evaluated on their demonstrated proficiency in the following attributes: Interpersonal Skills Assertiveness Leadership Self-Motivation Diplomacy Maturity Integrity

    Skills Preferred:

    · Rally/Agile JIRA

    Experience Required:

    · Possess minimal functional PMA experience.

    Experience Preferred:

    · GCP Experience Familiarity with Data Wrangling Tools (Talend, Alteryx) Familiarity with Visualization Tools (QlikSense, Power-BI)

    Education Required:

    · Bachelor's degree recommended in associated field
