Position Summary:


As a Food Service Rebates Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and managing rebate programs within the company.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate calculation, processing, and reconciliation of rebates in accordance with contractual agreements and company policies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, interpret contracts, and communicate findings.

Key Responsibilities:

Rebate Program Management:

  • Manage all aspects of rebate programs, including tracking, calculation, and validation of rebate claims.
  • Ensure compliance with rebate agreements, terms, and conditions.
  • Monitor rebate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Data Management:

Manage and maintain K12 education data related to NOI initiatives, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of all data sets.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze sales data, rebate claims, and other relevant information to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Analyze K12 education data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement in NOI programs and initiatives.

Contract Interpretation:

  • Interpret and understand rebate contracts to ensure accurate calculation and processing of rebates.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and negotiate rebate terms in contracts.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales, finance, operations, and IT teams to gather necessary data and ensure accurate rebate calculations.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve issues and address concerns related to rebate programs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement datadriven strategies and interventions aimed at improving K12 education outcomes within the context of NOI initiatives.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive K12 education data at all times.


Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve rebate processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Implement automation and technology solutions to streamline rebate management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in Foodservice Distribution.
  • 2+ years of experience in rebate management, finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of rebate processing systems and software is a plus.
  • Proven experience in K12 education data management and analysis, with a strong understanding of educational data systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with NOI frameworks and methodologies is a plus.

$ $36.00 per hour
