    Description

    What you will do:
    Open, update, process, and close work orders.
    File P.O.'s and update on spreadsheet.
    Send copies of CM work orders with Work Recommend to CSM or customer as directed.
    Track Work Orders for closing and reports.
    Input/maintain CMs in system.
    Tracking and applying allocation numbers for internal billing for service manager approval.
    Assist in handling customer dispute reports and info for service manager to process.
    Process month end invoicing.


    Competencies Skills and Abilities:
    Data entry skills.
    Attention to detail.
    Communication skills.

    Enjoys being in an industrial environment; our clients and the equipment we maintain are in warehouses, distribution centers and production environments.

    General knowledge of internet tools, spreadsheets, CRM, and related - continuously strives to build knowledge & skills and shares expertise with others.

    Excellent problem solving and solutions skills.
    Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    Education and Experience:
    1-3 years of experience in similar industry.
    HS DiplomaExperience in accounting software required.
    Computer literate, with experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
