Service Coordinator

Summary:

A growing waste and recycling equipment service company has an exciting opportunity for a motivated service coordinator.

Primary responsibilities include scheduling/dispatching service calls, quoting repairs, maintaining Team Up calendar, and serving as a liaison between service technicians and customers.

Some after-hour dispatching will be required (service phone must always remain on).


Specific Functions:


  • Dispatch service technicians
  • Quote repairs
  • Maintain calendar
  • Coordinate with customers on the servicing of their equipment
  • Order and ship parts as needed
  • Enter Field and Shop Techs labor hours in payroll system

Minimum Requirements:


  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type:

Full-time

$ $25.00 per hour
