Service Coordinator
Summary:
A growing waste and recycling equipment service company has an exciting opportunity for a motivated service coordinator.
Primary responsibilities include scheduling/dispatching service calls, quoting repairs, maintaining Team Up calendar, and serving as a liaison between service technicians and customers.
Some after-hour dispatching will be required (service phone must always remain on).Specific Functions:
- Dispatch service technicians
- Quote repairs
- Maintain calendar
- Coordinate with customers on the servicing of their equipment
- Order and ship parts as needed
- Enter Field and Shop Techs labor hours in payroll system
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of related experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
