On Q Property Management is looking for a full-time Service Coordinator to join our team in Gilbert, AZ

As an integral part of the On Q flow, Service Coordinators help to facilitate property maintenance and work order requests alongside the assigned Property Manager.


Responsibilities:


  • Effectively communicate with 3rd party vendors, owners, and residents
  • Answer inbound calls per call and answer rate expectations
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive competitive pricing to ensure quality standards are met
  • Present estimates to clients and receive bid approvals
  • Monitor and Facilitate work orders up until the point of completion
  • Ensure work orders and/or projects are completed promptly
  • Update and monitor dashboards for new and existing work orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer Service Champion
  • Strong multitask, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
  • 6+ months of experience in a customer service, coordination, or dispatch role
  • Active AZ Real Estate License *_preferred, but not required*_
