- Work with Store and Real Estate trial balances, organizing accounts and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and upload of tax workpapers.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling tasks.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and assignments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Company and personal financial information.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Data manipulation skills and a familiarity with formulas and pivot tables are preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Google platform (i.e. Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Sites).
- Works primarily in a climate controlled environment with minimal safety and health hazard
- Works in an office environment remaining stationary at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods of time. Frequently uses near vision for reading and computer tasks.

The Accounting & Finance Assistant role at OSJL supports the Company's accounting and finance teams during a busy period.
