Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the payroll process for employees across multiple states.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports, in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff regarding payrollrelated inquiries and issues.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations and update payroll processes accordingly.
  • Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review. Participate in audits and assist with resolving any payrollrelated discrepancies or issues.

Requirements:


  • 510 years of related experience with minimum 3 years of direct management experience in professional setting
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field preferred.
