We are a progressive health management company based in Rhode Island, serving clients nationwide. Currently, we are looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to offer guidance and motivation to participants enrolled in our health programs.


Primary Job Function

Duties

  • Addressing participant issues and concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and web-based data entry.
  • Providing assistance to participants unfamiliar with web-based platforms.

  • Ensuring accurate documentation of calls, forms, faxes, and member interactions.

Required Skills:

- Seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, positivity, and a passion for assisting others.

  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion towards individuals with chronic health conditions.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
  • Capacity to multitask efficiently while maintaining work quality.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Requirements

  • Preferably a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary with a sign-on bonus.
