    The Loan Operations Associates is responsible for supporting the credit administration activities by providing technical, clerical, and administrative support involved in loan operations

    Job Description:

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents.

    Serve as primary service representative, supporting both internal and external customers by providing courteous and professional service both in person and on the telephoneEnter, update, and verify data within various systems of recordLoad documents into the imaging systemMaintain possessory collateralPrepare release of collateral (release of lien, titles)Add document "ticklers" to the system, enter exceptions, monitor, and clear exceptionServe as litigation liaison providing all requested support in a timely mannerPrepare loan reports and reporting packets as neededComplete credit verification requests and associated formsRecord report charge off accounts on the PCS systemSubmit Accounts Payable Invoices, order suppliesAdhere to all applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Responsible for staying current on job related trends, procedures, regulations, and policies.
    Other special projects for Credit Administration as assignedSKILLSMust be detail oriented and self-motivated.
    Possess very strong technical/computer skillsWorking knowledge of office equipment and troubleshooting.
    Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
    Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint applicationsEDUCATION High School Diploma or GED
