My name is Dana Garcia, a recent Texas A&M University graduate. I'm a young and eager individual committed to achieving success through unwavering discipline. I find joy in meeting new people and engaging in physical fitness activities.

With a diverse background, I bring a wealth of experience and a strong work ethic to every endeavor. Currently, as an Indoor Cycling Instructor at Zycle Zone in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico, I exhibit unwavering discipline while conducting 1-2 daily classes, each accommodating up to 20 clients. My creativity shines through as I create unique routines and playlists for each 45-minute session, and my commitment to the growth of the team is evident as I skillfully trained 2 new instructors. In prior roles, such as a Supervisor/Sales Staff at Formula 1 Merchandise V12 Company and a Recruiting Manager/Sales Associate at Vector Marketing Firm, I sharpened my organizational and leadership skills. The 3 times I worked in Formula 1 Merchandise, I took charge of training and supervising sales staff across 4 booths, efficiently managing sales transactions, restocking, and daily operations. In my year at Vector Marketing Firm, I assumed the role of a Recruiting Manager, where I supervised the recruitment team, contributing to the onboarding of over 80 employees, and achieved substantial merchandise sales, exceeding $3,000. Furthermore, my commitment to service excellence as a Guest Service Representative at Nothing Bundt Cakes in College Station, Texas for 5 months, was reflected in my attentive interactions with customers and my role in training 3 new team members in customer service standards.

I am a recent graduate from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's in international studies with a track in politics and a minor in Spanish.
