• Unload trailer loads, unbox and organize all items by department. Take inventory of all important assets and tag them with security tags and spider wraps, and then stock the store shelves.

Walmart -  Cart Associate, Cap 2, AP Host

Dec 2018 - Sept 2020

• (Cart Associate) Gather carts from the parking lot and operate equipment to move all carts from the parking lot to the inside of the store to maintain cart availability at all times. Clean entrance and exit floors, and parking lot.
• (Cap 2) Unload truck loads. Sort products in the backroom by designated department. Stock products on shelves. Ensure aisles are neat and area is clean. Engage vendors and truck drivers to unload the overnight merchandise and prepare the product for the overnight crew.
• (AP Host) Greet customers and check receipts to minimize theft and store shrinkage. Take record of all recovered items. Communicate with the “Loss Prevention” crew via radio to alert of any in-store suspicions.

Vanguard Field Strategies - Canvasser, Team Lead

• (Canvasser) Speak to candidates and inform them with our provided scripts/information by team leads. Complete projects of 1-2 months from city to city with efficacy.
• (Team Lead) Lead a group of 3-4 canvassers with their daily field tasks. Track and analyze canvasser’s data for quality control, and ensure optimal in-field efficiency. Communicate with state directors for in field strategy and tasks.
