- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining the general ledger.
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations and investigate any financial discrepancies by digging into account details.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Work closely with different teams to ensure timely and precise recording of financial transactions.
- Keep financial records up to date in QuickBooks Online.
- Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements when needed.
- Help with Inventory analysis and control.

- 1-3 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software is a must.
- Excellent analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Background in e-commerce sales, manufacturing, or cost accounting is a bonus.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in a fast-paced setting, focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
