    Description

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform revenue related account reconciliations.
  • Prepare month-end accrual and reclass journal entries.
  • Facilitate quality communication with customers and sales team.
  • Process revenue related transactions.
  • Provide accounting support to allFinance Operations Teams.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
  • Prepare financial reporting and produce budgets according to schedule.
  • Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

    • Required Skills, Education, Experience:

  • Two or more years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree (business management and/or accounting emphasis preferred) or equivalent experience in the field of Accounting.
  • Understanding of GAAP
  • Organized, detail oriented and accurate.
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer service focused and solution oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
