    JOB TITLE: Recruiter - Care Coordinator

    GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a proactive individual who excels in motivating others.

    The Recruiter will report directly to the Care Manager to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains top talent, while building a strong personal care assistant pipeline.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist with the overall recruitment strategy
    • Positive mindset with a keenness to learn and develop alongside the company
    • Formulate and revise job descriptions and specifications
    • Create recruitment materials and post positions on appropriate platforms
    • Evaluate candidates' resumes and applications
    • Conduct interviews following behavioral interviewing techniques
    • Facilitate new employee onboarding including orientation and training
    • Support in maintaining new hire records through the care management system
    • Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates during the selection process
    • Work closely with the manager and scheduler to anticipate future hiring requirements
    • Assist in scheduling activities as necessary
    • Be prepared to fill in shifts as required to ensure smooth business operations, even on weekends

    QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB:

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Organizational proficiency
    • Experience in various selection methods such as video and phone interviews
    • Strong decision-making skills
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Scheduling Software, Indeed, etc.

    Physical demands: The role may involve standing, walking, and manual tasks. Applicants with disabilities may request accommodations. Occasional lifting and movement of items over 25 pounds.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $18.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

    Experience:

    • Recruiting: 1 year (Required)

    License/Certification:

    • Driver's License (Required)

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Greater Nashville Area, TN: Must relocate before commencing work (Required)

    Work Location: In person
