- Maintain frequent communication and creates a warm relationship with client families who are receiving services, including monthly check in calls
- Troubleshoot any problems that arise with services
- Receive patient progress reports in a timely fashion and otherwise assist process of securing insurance re/authorization
- Maintain confidential client records
- Manage all staffing needs that fall within the region and work closely with our recruiters to ensure appropriate case staffing
- Liaise with recruiters in order to hire staff and then staff cases in a timely manner
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
- Document all communication with client families and providers
- ABA experience a plus
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Social Sciences field highly preferred
- General case management skills, such as the ability to answer families' questions about their child's care, treatment plans, progression and address any related concerns
- Great documentation, organization and tracking skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to take directives
- Detail-oriented
- Writing & phone skills
- Ability to multitask

The ideal candidate will take initiative in instituting case management policies, and communicating with client families and other involved parties in an effective manner. We are looking for a compassionate, attention driven professional, who believes in facilitating wellness for our clients and their families.
