Responsibilities:_
- Screen and tour prospective clients interested in our assisted living services.
- Develop individualized care plans based on clients' needs and preferences.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes for each client.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure comprehensive care for all residents.
- Provide support and assistance to clients and their families throughout the intake process.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in assisted living and case management.
