RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain frequent communication and creates a warm relationship with client families who are receiving services, including monthly check in calls
  • Troubleshoot any problems that arise with services
  • Receive patient progress reports in a timely fashion and otherwise assist process of securing insurance re/authorization
  • Maintain confidential client records
  • Manage all staffing needs that fall within the region and work closely with our recruiters to ensure appropriate case staffing
  • Liaise with recruiters in order to hire staff and then staff cases in a timely manner
  • Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions
  • Document all communication with client families and providers

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • ABA experience a plus
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in Social Sciences field highly preferred
  • General case management skills, such as the ability to answer families' questions about their child's care, treatment plans, progression and address any related concerns
  • Great documentation, organization and tracking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to take directives
  • Detailoriented
  • Writing & phone skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Computer proficiency
  • Quick learner, ability to work in a fastpaced work environment where deadlines have to be met
