    Description

    NUCKOLLS is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team, someone who exudes passion and a sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation.

    The key responsibilities for this role include:

    • Providing top-notch service to our existing client base.
    • Exploring new business opportunities, specifically in the B2B sector.
    • Supervising team activities and ensuring desired results are achieved.
    • Training and mentoring incoming team members on our established systems.
    • Reporting daily field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Emphasizing daily efforts on recruitment, training, and leadership enhancement.

    • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional supervisory and leadership abilities.
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
    • Proficiency in thriving in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
    • Dedication to assisting individuals and fostering relationships.
    • Hands-on experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Active involvement in the community and a passion for community engagement.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).


    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and access to personal transportation.
    • Completion of a 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression.
