    The Team:
    Join a dynamic team of global marketing professionals with deep domain expertise in ratings and credit risk. Collaborate seamlessly with our analytical, product, sales and commercial teams to achieve the organization's growth initiatives and sales ambitions.

    Responsibilities and Impact:
    The individual will lead and shape the future of marketing for the Credit & Risk Solutions business within the Market Intelligence division at S&P Global. This pivotal position involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to create and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with business goals and drive substantial top-line revenue growth.
    • Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that cater to business objectives and regional efforts, elevating the Credit & Risk Solutions business to support its growth targets
    • Drive marketing efforts with a strong commercial perspective, ensuring direct contribution to sales performance and revenue
    • Develop and implement external partner marketing strategy to help drive awareness and demand of our offerings
    • Engage in continuous dialogue with internal partners from sales, product, and analytical disciplines to consolidate marketing priorities and foster marketing partnership
    • Synchronize efforts within S&P Global Market Intelligence to capitalize on synergies, collaborate on cross campaigns and maintain marketing excellence
    • Foster global collaboration among marketing peers across the US and EMEA to share insights, launch global marketing strategies as well as regionalized campaigns
    • Lead and mentor a professional marketing team, upholding a focus on increasing ROI via lead generating activities, content marketing and empowering them to achieve exceptional results
    Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

    S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $121,757 to $213,964. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

    In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

    • Excel in fostering internal and external relationships, employing advanced negotiation skills and persuasive communication tactics
    Nature of Impact:
    • Directly influence the strategic direction and marketing outcomes for Credit & Risk Solutions, driving brand awareness, lead generation and increased conversion
    • Positive feedback from internal partners such as Sales, Business and Product
    Leadership & Scope:
    • Oversee a marketing team, guiding full management responsibilities including hiring, compensation, performance management, and budget oversight
    • Encourage professional development and team synergy to deliver stellar marketing results
    Basic Required Qualifications:
    • At least 15+ years of high-level marketing and management experience in financial services with a distinct concentration in credit markets
    • Proven track record as a marketing leader in the B2B financial information technology sector with a focus on credit risk/assessments, counterparty risk, traded market risk and credit ratings
    • A growth mindset with demonstrated success in delivering ROI through managing a budget and delivering marketing driven sales results
    • Experience managing high-performing teams, attracting and developing talent
    • Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization including horizontal stakeholder engagement with an ability to overcome barriers to doing business
    • Proficient in strategic planning, team motivation, and process optimization
    • Highly skilled in influencing and communications, capable of addressing complex matters with senior stakeholders
    • Energized, proactive attitude combined with a dedication to customer service excellence
    • A high level of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and responsiveness to change
    • An advocate for cross-functional collaboration, capable of influencing outcomes without direct control
