*Sales Representative (m/f/d) in the Inside Sales Department in Maintal**Your Responsibilities*As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in the Inside Sales Department, you will advise, support, and inspire our customers over the phone and in person at our branch. With your service-oriented and proactive approach, you will identify our customers' needs and provide them with passionate support.

In detail:

  • You will support our customers with heart and passion through various sales channels (phone, email, online shop, and in-person)
  • You will handle all tasks from creating quotes to order processing, complaint handling, and credit note creation
  • You will act as a liaison in the branch and be the direct contact for our field sales team and warehouse colleagues
  • You will regularly communicate with the branch manager and provide updates on specific customer requirements and noticeable developments in customers and direct competitors
