Lake Benton Parish is currently seeking a full-time Parish Secretary (m/f/d) to join our team starting October 1st, 2024.

As the central point of contact for a large inner-city parish, the Parish Office is responsible for all administrative and organizational tasks related to the diverse pastoral duties.

The ideal candidate will have completed a commercial or equivalent education and possess strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet...). Additionally, the role requires a high level of commitment, resilience, organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and empathy. The position requires absolute discretion and trustworthiness. The regular weekly working hours are 39 hours. Employment and compensation will be in accordance with the Church Labor and Remuneration Regulations of the Diocese of Tri.
