    Position Summary

    The Digital Marketing Manager, Retail plays an important role in the organization by managing a number of activities related to the companys Field Marketing functions.

    The role is primarily responsible, under limited direction, for accelerating Guilds and retail originators positioning in digital channels, technologies, new digital platforms, and business audience engagement, influencing the following areas:
    digital, social media, and video.

    Essential Functions

    • Partner with Retail Content Marketing team, Corporate Marketing team and key stakeholders in multiple business units, including field advisory groups, peers, marketing staff, and executive leaders to create and execute digital marketing strategies that accelerate traffic, engagement, and lead conversion.
    • Assess, prioritize, and capitalize on opportunities to connect our retail originators web presence with customers, realtors, builders, and B2B
    • Provide inputs for Corporate website templates and blog content to grow Guilds national and local search rankings, providing effective initiative management.
    • Develop strategy and ideas around Retail loan officers web presence, blog content, social media presence and any other digital tactics. Collaborate with Marketing Automation Specialist and Corp Marketing team to execute.
    • Determine appropriate success metrics that will inform current and future digital marketing initiatives in the retail organization. Analyze monthly/weekly/daily reporting or traffic, ROI, conversion rates, and other performance KPIs to assess what is working and how to enhance that
    • Develop and pilot social media strategy and execution plan for retail originators, based on measurable KPIs
    • Develop and pilot new hire social media announcement plan for retail originators.
    • Develop strategies of educating and creating awareness around social media platforms, for retail originators
    • Leverage and enhance Guild Social Channel to engage and educate with retail originators on social media.
    • Work with retail content developers to create and leverage impactful social media posts for strategic campaigns, holidays and other social media requirements, for retail originators
    • Manage, drive adoption and readiness of Social Studio or any other social media platform that Guild onboards in the future.
    • Plan and implement initiatives that drive engagement, awareness and social media visibility, like Guild Day, with measurable KPIs.
    • Collaborate with retail content developers and corporate marketing to integrate video as a channel for all strategic campaigns and initiatives for retail.
    • Act as an advisor and digital partner to field for enhancements on their web presence.
    • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
    industry trends, all things social

    tools, applications, channels, design and strategy

    evolving best practices, competitor activities, 3rd party tools and technology, and customer engagement insights.

    • Perform other duties as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant digital/online marketing experience.
    • Significant B2C and B2B experience, including managing SEO, SEM, social media engagement, PPC, display, mobile advertising, content syndication, and building video channels.
    • Track record of designing/delivering/managing scalable digital marketing infrastructure that increases inbound traffic and unique users.
    • Experience managing online reputation and customer review sites a plus.
    • Experience with optimizing brand and search authority at corporate, regional, branch, and loan officer levels.
    • Extremely savvy on social media, digital marketing, current digital technologies, and emerging digital and mobile capabilities.
    • Expert in targeting, messaging, A/B testing, and lead conversion process.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables
    • Self-starter; ability to learn quickly, prioritize effectively and deliver results; leads with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
    • Passionate about actionable metrics: digital measurement, data-driven ROI analysis, A/B testing, competitive benchmarking.
    • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
    • Ability to develop team members and small support staff.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented.
    • Ethical, with a commitment to company values.

    Supervision

    • Limited supervision required, depending on experience
    • High level of independent judgment and discretion; uses sound judgment in execution of core job responsibilities and when assigning work
    • Works with external vendors
    • Travel: 0 - 20%

    Requirements

    Physical:
    Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.

    Manual Dexterity:
    Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.

    Audio/Visual:
    Ability to accurately interpret sounds and associated meanings at a volume consistent with interpersonal conversation.

    Regularly required to accurately perceive, distinguish and interpret information received visually and through audio; e.g., words, numbers and other data broadcasted aloud/viewed on a screen, as well as print and other media.

    Office environment
