    **Wie Sie bei uns Ihre Spuren hinterlassen:**
    * Management von 6 Boutiquen
    * Steuerung des operativen Boutique-Geschfts in Deutschland, sterreich und Tschechien, Niederlande und Belgien
    * Kontrolle und Monitoring der Budgets und Budgetvorgaben, Erstellung von Incentives zum Erreichen der Budgets
    * Erstellung von Sales und Merchandising Reportings (KPIs)
    * Stock reportings in SAP
    * Steuerung von Boutique-Umbauten und Erffnungen
    * Ausarbeitung und Durchfhrung des Young Talent Programms in Zusammenarbeit mit der Academy zur Frderung der Talente im Retail-Bereich fr angehende Boutique-Manager
    * Steuerung der Themen im Bereich Customer Service & Monitoring von NPS, Ausarbeitung von Manahmen zur Steigerung des NPS
    * Steuerung von HR Themen fr Boutique-Mitarbeiter (exkl. BTQ-Manager)
    * Steuerung und Planung der Trainings in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Trainer
    **Wie Sie bei uns erfolgreich sein werden:**
    * Betriebswirtschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss
    * Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb/Marketing
    * Gute Verkaufs- und Trainingskenntnisse
    * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, flieende Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache wnschenswert
    * Flexibilitt/hohe Reisebereitschaft
    * Proaktive Herangehensweise
    * Sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    * SAP-Kenntnisse erforderlich
