    What You'll be Doing

    Processes patient statements (outbound) according to the appropriate schedule, including final notices.

    Answer inbound calls from patients in order of when they are received, managing the patient statement line, and corresponding voicemails.

    Create and maintain necessary reports that facilitate the workflow and report results.
    Route calls to Full Cycle Billers, Schedulers, and Verifiers as needed to assist the patient in fulfilling their needs.

    Review, analyze, interpret, explain, communicate, balance, and correct patient accounts to identify and resolve billing and processing problems in a timely manner.

    Process patient payments, and post payments to the patient accounts.

    What You Can Expect

    What You Bring to the Role

    Minimum associate's degree.
    Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a medical field with medical insurance.
    Excellent communication skills with emphasis on customer service.
    Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.
