Sales Execution:
Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Act as an ambassador of Boucheron strictly respecting the Maison selling ceremonyClienteling Initiatives:
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs and preferences.
Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.
Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.
Retail Operations:
Ensure excellence of retail operationsParticipate actively on transversal store activities (VM, stock management, POS systems)
Make sure to follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant process and store securityQualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
