    Description


    The Account Manager, Rx Returns is responsible for driving solution strategy and execution of their assigned clients', in coordination with Sales, to meet revenue targets and client goals.

    Under the supervision of the Manager, Client Accounts, they will ensure that clients maintain a high level of satisfaction with the services and products that Inmar delivers.

    The Account Manager acts as a subject matter expert, supporting pre and post-sale, as needed, to maximize revenue potential and connect clients with solutions that meet their needs and expand their partnership with Inmar.

    This hybrid position requires the associate to work from the Grand Prairie, TX office 3 days a week.
    Operational (50%)

    Plan and execute solution/service programs to meet client objectives Monitor campaign performance to make informed & timely recommendations to enhance performance against client KPIsDeliver post-event analysis with holistic recap and actionable insights & recommendationsProvide ongoing support and superior service to both clients & internal teamsStrategic (20%)Understand each client's goals, challenges, marketing objectives & strategiesInfluence (30%)Establish and develop trusted relationships with assigned clientsWork in seamless coordination with Sales on client strategy, contract renewal and expansion opportunitiesRequired Qualification:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field5+ Years of related work experience (specific industry knowledge a plus)Proficient with G-SuiteProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteBeginner with Salesforce
