Responsibilities:

  • You will handle internal and external bookkeeping projects with full commitment
  • Depending on the project and your experience:
  • Cash reconciliation with ongoing business transactions (invoices, bank statements, payments, asset accounting, etc.)
  • Keeping open items in order
  • Monitoring receivables and playing the role of a collection action hero
  • Finalization tasks
  • VAT returns
  • Communication with banks, tax advisors, and public funding agencies

Qualifications:

  • Completed accounting training or a university degree, with at least 2 years of professional experience
  • You speak German fluently and can also communicate in English
  • Computer and accounting systems are like Lego for you
  • Structured work and a high affinity for numbers
  • Enjoyment of customer service and a drive for the highest customer satisfaction
  • Constantly seeking further education
  • Willingness to work remotely, but also open to traveling
