- Proven experience in Supply Chain Business process services sales strategy demonstrating an ability to synthesize a company's market and competitive position, operational and financial characteristics and stakeholder objectives into a compelling strategic plan that can be executed to drive long term growth.
- Experience working in global or multinational business in the US,India and other global locations and in an onsite/offshore environment
- Business Acumen – ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other to drive profitable growth.
- Experience with enterprise scale applications such as ERP, Supply Chain specific applications Ariba, Coupa, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, Salesforce etc
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C-Level executives and ability to build relationships and effectively influence all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
- High energy individual with positive attitude who can work as part of a cross-functional team
- Demonstrated track record of goal achievement.
- Willingness to travel as required.
