Development and Support. Actively participate in further maturing the risk capability, emphasizing learning, improvement and professional development.

Solid understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and tools, and a demonstrated ability to apply this knowledge in a supportive role to enhance risk management capabilities.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic thinking abilities. Experience in risk assessment and modeling techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and contribute to a culture of risk awareness.
