- Design and execute lead generation campaigns through web partners that turn into qualified opportunities--and ultimately, happy customers
- Negotiate with vendors/websites/publishers on campaign details to optimize customer experience and ROI
- Identify new lead generation opportunities and launch relationships with new publishers
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing partner lead generation campaigns
- Adjust proposal of monthly budget allocations based on success data
- Coordinate with content team to drive content creation and delivery to vendors
- Communicate the results of each campaign to marketing and sales leadership
- You have a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- You have 1+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Sales experience is preferred
- You're proficient in Hubspot
- You're driven: you love to win (and have a history of doing so)
- You're creative: you will need to look beyond the published rate cards and negotiate solutions that do not yet exist
- You will never be satisfied unless you are constantly improving your results
- You're analytic: you'll dive deep into each campaign and identify core issues that are preventing leads from taking the next step
