    About the Job

    We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. If you have experience with NetSuite and are eager to take on accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment, this might be the ideal opportunity for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
    • Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and employee reimbursements using NetSuite.
    • Participate in bank account, credit card statement, and financial account reconciliations.
    • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports with NetSuite.
    • Support audit and tax filings with necessary documentation.
    • Analyze financial data and provide variance explanations.
    • Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite and update transactions.
    • Help implement and optimize NetSuite modules and features.
    • Offer training and support on NetSuite functionality to team members.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in accounting processes.
    • Document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting.
    • Experience in NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
