    Description

    Client Delivery Manager - Campaign Management
    Remote India, home office

    We are looking for an experienced Client Delivery Manager - Campaign Management for our in-house team.

    The ideal candidate for this role would possess strong business process and analytical skills and vast experience in marketing automation industry.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Client requirement gathering and documentation
    • Marketing Automation Tools
    • Marketing automation project management
    • Email campaign management and campaign execution
    • Email campaign project management
    • Create campaign business requirement documents (BRDs) based on the client discovery/intake.
    • Proactively work to improve delivery quality, repeatability and on-time delivery of campaigns and update the status to respective stakeholders.
    • Able to have effective client meetings, understand deliverables, and drive successful outcomes.
    • Follow SDLC lifecycle to build multi-channel marketing campaigns - creating functional specs (FSDs), build complex campaign flowcharts/workflows, unit/end to end testing and deployment of the campaigns.
    • Build waterfall and ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
    • Help in developing and implementing best practices, standards, methodologies, etc. around campaign processes & automation.
    • Liaison with the Business team to understand the new requirements and check the feasibility of executing the same using the Campaign management tool.
    • Manage the implementation requirement to Set up the campaigns in the tool for all the communication channels.
    • Organize and actively participate in campaign project UAT by building and verifying the delivery quality
    • Monitor/Track end to end Campaign Performance and profitability and share insights for betterment.
    • Analyze and synthesize the available data and extract value-added insights
    • Keep a check on correct data flow between the sources and various components.
    • You have a good understanding of Campaign Lifecycle
    • Act as a liaison between business owners and internal delivery teams
    • Support in Error Free and accurate CRM Campaign launches both on UAT and Prod Environment.

    Mandatory Skills :

    • Excellent requirement gathering and documenting skills
    • Marketing automation campaign management experience.
    • Email marketing campaign management execution experience.
    • Proven experience in offshore delivery including Experience in Project governance, Crisis and Escalation management.
    • End to end management of delivery for a global clients including onshore and offshore teams.
    • Good Understanding of Automation, Analytics, Infrastructure Tools and Quality processes.
    Complex Problem Solving skills Look at areas that impact availability.

    • Good knowledge of ITIL delivery processes such as Incident, problem, Change, availability, capacity etc.
    • Good understanding of CRM solution, marketing concepts and various marketing channels like direct mail, email, mobile, etc.
    • 2-6 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelors/Masters degree desirable
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Hands-on experience on enterprise Campaign Management tools.
    • Requirement Gathering and creating flows is MUST
    • Knows End to End Campaign management process.
    • Campaign Performance Measurement
    • Excel / PowerPoint / Database
    • Marketing automation tools experience is mandatory
    • Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage is a huge bonus.
