    Unser Cross Channel-Team entwickelt kanalbergreifende Strategien und Tools fr das vernderte Kaufverhalten des Kunden im stationren sowie Onlinehandel. Unser Ziel ist eine enge Verknpfung der digitalen mit der stationren Baumarktwelt. Wir arbeiten agil, flexibel und mit einem hohen Grad an Entscheidungsfreirumen, eben fast wie in einem Start-up, aber dennoch mit der Anbindung und Kontinuitt eines Konzerns. Bei uns kannst du dich in einem eng vernetzten Team aus IT, Category Management, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktdaten/PIM, Produktentwicklung und bergreifenden Services entwickeln.     * Sicherstellung der kontinuierlichen Lieferfhigkeit der agilen Entwicklungsteams und bei der Untersttzung im Risiko- und Impediment-Management
    * Erstellung der Produktdetailplanung abgeleitet von der strategischen Roadmap. Dabei bist du im kontinuierlichen Austausch mit den Product Ownern im Team
    * Abstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern vor dem fachlichen Go Live auch von greren bergreifenden Themen und Projekten
    * Orchestrierung der geplanten Go Live-Themen
    * Reduzierung von Time to Market durch Aufteilung von Deploymentaufgaben (fachlich und technisch)
    * Kontinuierlichen operativen Abstimmung mit IT und Fachbereichen im direkten Entwicklungskontext
    * Untersttzung der agilen Entwicklungsteams
    * Lieferplanung aller (Teil-)Produkte in Abstimmung mit den Product Ownern

    **Respekt, wenn du ...**
    * ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Sozialwissenschaften, idealerweise mit technischer Ausrichtung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen hast
    * fundierte Kenntnisse im Omnichannel- und E-Commerce-Umfeld sowie gute Erfahrungen in der Leitung von IT-Projekten mitbringst
    * ber fundierte Kenntnisse in der praktischen Anwendung von agilen Methoden wie z.B. Scrum, Kanban, Lean verfgst
    * ein ausgeprgtes Interesse an agiler Produktentwicklung mitbringst
    * ber fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse wie auch Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit den Tools JIRA und Confluence verfgst
    * eine sehr gute analytische Fhigkeiten sowie eigenstndige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise hast
    * bestehende Ablufe hinterfragst und damit die bergreifende Delivery Chain stetig zu verbessern mchtest
    * ber sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfgst
