    ** IT Service Delivery Manager Region EMEA (m/w/d)**

    Der EMEA IT Service Delivery Manager stellt die EMEA-weite Erbringung hochwertiger IT-Services sicher, mit besonderem Fokus auf Vor-Ort-Services in heterogenen Umgebungen (z.B. dormakaba Hauptsitz in der Schweiz, Werke, ...). Er implementiert und befolgt definierte globale und ITIL-basierte Service-Delivery-Prozesse, um sicherzustellen, dass die Erwartungen der Nutzer erfllt werden.
    Die Position ist mit mehreren Interessengruppen verbunden und erfordert ein Erwartungsmanagement innerhalb des Unternehmens, der IT-Business-Engagement-Teams und der IT-Service-Owner sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation und der Teams zu einer globalen Follow-the-Sun-Organisation gem der IT-Strategie.
    **DAS FFNET DIE TR ZU IHRER ZUKUNFT: IHRE AUFGABEN**
    * Beaufsichtigung und Verwaltung von Vorfllen, Anfragen, nderungen und Eskalationsprozessen im Zustndigkeitsbereich, Sicherstellung einer hohen Leistungsfhigkeit dieser Prozesse, genaue Berichterstattung und ggf. Festlegung von Manahmen zur Verbesserung der Dienstleistungen mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern
    * Untersttzung des Eskalationsprozesses, Verwaltung grerer Vorflle und Koordinierung der beteiligten Lsungsparteien, Gewhrleistung einer effektiven Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern und Review nach dem Vorfall
    * Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen IT-Serviceerbringung in Abstimmung mit den IT Service Ownern. Vorantreiben der Umstellung von Legacy Services auf globale Standards
    * Aufbau eines kundenorientierten IT-Teams mit dienstleistungsorientierter Denkweise und proaktiver Mentalitt
    * Zusammen mit dem Business IT Engagement Team regelmige Kommunikation mit den relevanten Interessengruppen ber die IT Service Delivery Performance durchfhren
    * Fhrung der regionalen Service Delivery Team Manager und Sicherstellung des Informationsaustauschs, der kunden- und zielorientierten Denkweise und der Entwicklung der Teams gem der IT-Strategie
    * Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass Manahmen zum Schutz und zur Verbesserung der Dienste ergriffen und abgeschlossen werden
    * Fhren Sie interne und externe Service-Review-Meetings durch, die sich mit Leistung, Serviceverbesserungen, Qualitt und Prozessen befassen. Kontrolle und Befhigung von Drittanbietern. Organisation von internen Townhall-Meetings und Kundeninformationsveranstaltungen
    * Vorantreiben organisatorischer Vernderungen im Verantwortungsbereich und Umwandlung von Teams in eine "Follow-the-sun"-Organisation

    * 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen IT-Service Management, IT-Service Delivery und Customer Relationship Management in einem globalen Kontext

    * Starke Fhrungsqualitten in globalen, multikulturellen IT-Organisationen & Treiber von organisatorischen Vernderungen, struktur- und methodengebende Fhrungspersnlichkeit, die in der Lage ist, globale Teams in eine globale Follow-the-Sun-Organisation zu fhren
    * Ergebnis- und lsungsorientierte Denkweise, starke KPI- und SLA-Orientierung
    * Zertifiziert nach ITIL v3/v4 Foundation, Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (z. B. Scrum/agile Methoden)
    * Nachgewiesene Teamfhigkeit, positive Einstellung und gute Beziehungen zu Kollegen und Kunden
    * Multitasking-Fhigkeit in einem schnelllebigen und sich stndig verndernden Umfeld
