    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Immuta is experiencing exceptional growth and we have an immediate need for a Partner Manager, to join our Alliances team covering the EMEA and APAC regions.

    This role works closely with Sales and Marketing to expand existing alliances and develop new partnerships as needed, and is a growth opportunity for the right candidate.

    You will draw on your experience in both partner and customer-facing sales roles, to identify and recruit new partners, and to help our existing partners realise their potential.


    YOUR ROLE The Partner Manager will be the primary contact for Immuta with a number of systems integrators and other consulting partners across the region. The role may also call for engagement with software partners and cloud infrastructure vendors, as needed by the business. The ideal candidate will have a blend of alliances, sales and marketing experience and be able to see situations from multiple angles while working with a number of internal and external teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES/ YOU WILL

    • Lead system integrator partner management and growth for the business in EMEA & APAC.
    • Develop the ecosystem, building mutually beneficial partnerships that drive business opportunity for Immuta.
    • Work with Immutas Marketing team to identify, plan and execute on partner marketing and demand generation activities.
    • Educate partners on Immuta and its value proposition and differentiation.
    • Be able to set priorities, and keep the team focused on the important tasks.
    • Manage partner relationships and build a sales pipeline, by working with current and potential partners to exceed sales goals.
    • Collaborate across departments inside Immuta to execute sales strategy as the company introduces new features to existing solutions.
    • Serves as a front line evangelist for potential partners and customer prospects.
    • Identify new partnership opportunities to deliver the goals in support of annual business objectives and strategic channel growth goals.
    • Track, maintain, and report on relevant performance metrics.

    QUALIFICATIONS/ YOU WILL

    • The successful candidate will have a track record of channel and business development, building strong partnerships, and possess a fundamental understanding of the data/analytics and cloud computing landscapes. We look for individuals who are driven, detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple complex partner relationships and the associated sales and marketing responsibilities.
    • Other capabilities and experience we are looking for include:
    • Experience of business development or sales experience managing partners in the data management and/or cloud sectors.
    Technology sales and/or marketing experience is a bonus.

    • Experience and personal relationships with global and regional professional services firms.
    • Cloud ecosystem experience a bonus.
    • Familiarity, or a strong interest with analytics and/or data management software vendor ecosystem.
    • Experience with reseller structures, and in building partner enablement programs.
    • Comfort and experience collaborating with marketing teams to run programs with select Immuta partners.
    • Comfortable selling the Immuta value proposition to partners, and in delivering sales enablement sessions for internal and external audiences.
    • Excellent communication skills:
    interpersonal, written, visual (presentations), and verbal.

    • Fluency in English is essential, other language skills would be advantageous.
    Multitasking, critical thinking skills, and the ability to influence and manage multiple priorities are essential.

    • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to see the big picture - because our entire team must meet our goals for Immuta to be successful.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to achieve the teams objectives.
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguous/pressure situations. Strong team skills including the ability to lead and be a team player.

    Must be a self starter and a sense of humor is a requirement
