    Position: Digital Marketing Analyst

    Location: Remote (Our HQ is in both Fort Lauderdale, FL and Columbus, OH)

    Status: Full Time, Salary

    Dress Code: Business casual (M-Th), Casual (Fri)

    About Us

    We are seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing Media team at Fuego Leads, LLC. We are a leader in call center technology, lead generation, and telecommunication. Our focus is currently the health insurance and medicare markets where we have grown to a substantial market share in Health Insurance and are quickly growing in the Medicare market.

    Our core philosophy is to build and provide the best customer experience to the end user(currently as an individual enrolling in a health or medicare plan) through seamless telecommunication and digital user experience, while providing a best in class SAAS solution for call centers to manage their operations and customer workflows start to finish from telecommunication to product quoting and operational performance reporting.

    In a more simple explanation, this means we are able to partner with organizations to generate their sales opportunity and revenue by handling their website, marketing, operational technology, and operational reporting allowing them to easily make intelligent business decisions improving their bottom line and growth.

    As the Digital Marketing Analyst, you will report to our Digital Marketing Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth trajectory by delving deep into various metrics that shape our digital landscape. From analyzing media performance to scrutinizing partner metrics, affiliate traffic, website testing metrics, and telecommunication efficiencies, your insights will inform strategic decisions and optimize our digital marketing efforts.

    The Opportunity

    • You will analyze marketing data and share marketing performance updates through daily reports.
    • You will pinpoint vendors exhibiting both subpar and exceptional performance, and propose optimization strategies to enhance overall performance.
    • You will assist in growth of new business verticals (Medicare, Life)
    • You will be monitoring internally run search/social platforms, identifying trends and areas for improvement for ads and campaigns.
    • You will manage disposition analysis to monitor media quality trends and provide insights into trends.
    • You will manage the analysis of Call/Lead Sales to discern the drivers behind revenue generation.
    • You will support the Future Agent team to monitor transfer rates and trends in depth.
    • You will assist in analysis of Website, SMS, and Email analytics to identify trends and areas for optimization and increasing revenue.
    • You will write marketing reports and communicate findings to stakeholders through detailed notes/pivot tables/graphs/charts.
    • You will assist in competitive analysis and marketing ad research
    • You will assist in PPC keyword research/search term analysis

    What you bring to the table

    • You have progressive experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
    • You have advanced Excel skills in pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and manipulating data to identify trends.
    • You have experience with dimensions and segmentation of Google Analytics and GA4, event creation, conversion tracking.
    • You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience Google PPC/SEM applied to lead generation.
    • Experienced in conversion rate optimization of PPC, paid social, display platforms as well as website performance.
    • You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • You have excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
    • You thrive in a collaborative environment and have strong multitasking and organizational skills.
    • SQL experience and AB testing analysis is a bonus.

    Location & Hours

    • Remote (Fuego HQ is located in Columbus, OH, 43215)
    • Your shifts will be from 9AM-6PM Monday- Friday

    Compensation

    • Our Salary Range is $60,000 - $65,000
