    Requirements:
    Produce and oversee creative work that is smart, strategic, and human.

    Be a proactive leader in regular studio meetings — daily with the studio/PM, weekly with direct reports, and bi-monthly with Creative Director.

    Create strong visual systems in the concepting stage of integrated work, collaborating with copywriters to craft a through-line that is cohesive and authentic to the client.

    This involves designing a narrative expression, proof-of-concept tactics, and a logical presentation deck.

    Oversee workflow and utilization of Jr., Sr., and AD-level designers, collaborating with Project Management to ensure resources are distributed efficiently and advocating for team members when additional resources are needed.

    Lead the ideation and execution of innovative digital experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives while pushing creative boundaries.

    Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers to translate creative concepts into functional digital products, maintaining a balance between aesthetics and usability.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

    Act as a key liaison between the design team and other departments, such as marketing, product management, and engineering, to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

    Ensure that each deliverable ladders up to the core brand and accommodates client resources and timelines.

    Work with the client's internal teams to create guidelines that ensure the brand will remain consistent both during and after project engagement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or graphic Design and/or any combination of education and relevant work experience.

    Six to seven years of experience as a graphic designer working with a wider creative team, either in-house or at a marketing agency.

    Two to Three years of experience in a leadership role overseeing more junior Level designers.
    Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
    At minimum, proficient skills in Figma or Adobe XD.
    Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
    Ability to present Creative work, both internally and externally to clients.
    Attention to detail and high integrity in work quality. Excellent time management skills with a
    proven ability to meet deadlines.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate deviations and
    changes when appropriate.

    Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.


    Salary, Perks & Benefits:
    Salary starts at $115,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
