As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Oxygen Forensics, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our global sales team by coordinating and executing various social media campaigns, marketing communication initiatives, and event logistics.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, organization, and execution of marketing events that promote our innovative digital forensic software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Leadership:
Independently develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Content Development:
Assist in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to support event objectives and channel partner initiatives.
Event Planning:
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute marketing events such as conferences, webinars, seminars, and product launches across the EMEA region.
Logistics Management:
Handle logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and coordination of all event-related services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
Travel:
Travel to events and partners as and when needed. No more than 10% travel expected.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in social media and marketing support 5 or more years preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. CRM / Zoho experience a plus.
