Description

Reingold, a full-service marketing and communications firm, is hiring a content specialist to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to help bring our clients' digital campaigns to life.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 2+ days on site at Reingold's headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia or Raleigh, North Carolina.

You can expect to do the following work:

Collaborate with art directors, graphic designers, video producers, and writers to create content for use across digital platforms.
Translate clients' goals and digital marketing strategies into content plans for social media, and other channels.
Bring our clients' digital strategies to life through tactical planning, creative copywriting, content calendar development, video and graphics plans, and development of other digital content products.
Analyze data to report on and optimize campaign content and make performancebased recommendations.
Conduct market research analyses (e.g., competitor, landscape, audience, social listening).
Stay current with the changing digital and social landscape and integrate content and creative trends into your work.

This position is a good fit for someone with the following qualifications and skills:

At least two years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of digital content strategy and execution across platforms.
Experience in digital marketing and writing social content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with one or more social media management platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or other.
An interest in social listening and data analysis is a plus.
Capacity to thrive under pressure, work on multiple projects, and to meet tight deadlines.
Selfstart mentality, and willingness to embrace new challenges.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
