- Manage processes: Assure support of Sr. Account Manager and Director for achievement of financial goals. Goals include sales and gross margin targets by account ⎯ Partner and brand health (sales and store growth, traffic and conversion metrics, inventory management) will also be measured against goals.
- Ensure consistency: Market planning – create line sheets and other market meeting tools, merchandising and receipt flow by month, inventory, pricing, and competitive analyses. Support the market selling of footwear collections to retail partners/distributors in designated markets.
- Maximize expectations: Ensure partner execution of all brand guidelines, visual merchandising directives, store design, marketing commitments, and all other aspects of brand management.
- Team Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth business operations and execution of timely growth strategies (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, merchandising, domestic sales, digital and design).
