Our growing tire supply business is looking for skilled problem solvers to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. We need enthusiastic individuals who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the companys customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or fax.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Sell products and services.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Five or more years customer service experience, preferably in distribution or sales driven organization

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
JD Edwards experience, preferred
