    **Schedule**

    Variable hours, can be flexible; up to 29 hours per week.

    **Duties and Responsibilities**

    Assist in creating communication and content for omnichannel onboarding and engagement programs.

    Assist with execution of call campaigns and needed communications using HubSpot and Synapsys.

    Provide communication support for largescale customer impact initiatives.

    **Education and Training**

    Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a concentration and/or working knowledge in Business Administration, or related field.

    **Qualifications**

    *Knowledge of:*

    Strong written and oral communication skills

    Strong analytical skills

    *Ability to:*

    Take independent action within established fields and assist with development of new procedures or approaches to problems as needed

    Leverage available data to better understand the Busey customer base
