Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk - Champaign, United States - SuckerPunch Gourmet

Responsibilities:

• Input Purchase Order receipts for the SuckerPunch warehouse and contract manufacturing sites into the Inventory Management System.
• Receive production reports from contract manufacturers and execute the necessary production transactions in the Inventory Management System (IMS).
• Assist Champaign warehouse personnel with inventory management; perform cycle counts and execute transactions as needed to ensure the Inventory Management System reflects physical counts.
• Participate in the monthend inventory reconciliation process for all contract manufacturers, internal warehouses, and thirdparty warehouses, and work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve all issues and discrepancies.
• Support the OS&D (overage, shortage, and damages) process for product shipments as well as inbound material receipts. Assist with investigation of all reported issues, and the implementation of the appropriate corrective action.
• Perform the necessary IMS transactions associated with Champaign warehouse operations: sample fulfillment, online order fulfillment, etc.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including 3PL warehouses, Supply Chain Planning, Transportation, Plant Operations, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, and other departments, as needed.

Act as backup for warehouse personnel when necessary; typical tasks being picking pallet orders and processing & fulfilling online orders


Experience:
