    Established in 1998, AEQUOR is a leading global provider of Contingent Workforce Staffing (Contract & Perm) as well as Managed IT Services in the Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences domain.

    Headquartered in Piscataway, NJ, Aequor has over 3000 employees worldwide.

    Key Role:
    Establish new client relationships leading to MSA, SOWs or contracts for providing IT Solutions or Service
    Establishes a pipeline of prospects through working with marketing team, calls, email, LinkedIn, network meetings and trade shows.
    Should be able to meet revenue, client acquisition and prospecting targets.

    Qualify lead, identify opportunities and work with tech & proposals teams to participate in RFP bids or submit solutions proposal to clients.

    Maintains professional and technical knowledge by understanding new trends & technologies in IT; attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.


    Responsibilities:
    Generate profitable sales revenue while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

    Build a book of business consisting of national clients in the life science industries - Pharma, Biotech, Medical device and Healthcare.

    Identify, qualify, call on and establish long-term business relationships.
    Present the value of Aequor Managed IT Services to prospects.

    Work collaboratively in a consultative role with IT decision makers to identify the best Aequor Managed IT Service options for their IT efforts and plan.

    Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well qualified revenue opportunities.
    Farm existing client accounts to identify new opportunities and maximize IT sales
    Utilize company CRM tool to track all sales activities and communications.
    Manage and maintain sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts.


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree a Must (IT Background is preferable)
    Excellent written / oral communication skills and a team player.


    MUST:

    Overall 5+ years of Sales experience, with a minimum of 3+ years experience in providing IT solutions preferably to Life Science related companies.


    Compensation:
    Base salary with commission
