Responsible for managing relationships with non-profit organizations to implement award winning initiatives to help remove the barriers deepening health inequities in marginalized communities.
- Partnering with grantees to prepare proposals and champion them for funding approval by the Q4HE Oversight Committee and the Quest Foundation leadership. - Led the analysis to select the six communities for deep Q4HE focus. This analysis factored consultant recommendations as well as the Minority Health Social Vulnerability Index (SVI), Census data, Quest employee density data, community enabling structures, and market research.
- Actively partnered with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to develop the RFP process that led to the selection of an enterprise software solution for corporate and employee giving as well as grant management.
